01Who we are and who this website is for

Get Injury Assist is an advertising and public-relations firm for personal injury law firms. This website is meant for law firm owners, attorneys and staff, and for other businesses, not for people looking for legal help. Get Injury Assist is not a law firm and not a lawyer referral service, and it does not provide legal advice.

02What we do and how we are paid

We plan and manage advertising for law firms in each firm's own advertising accounts, such as Google and Meta, under the firm's own name. In those campaigns the law firm is the advertiser and is responsible for the content of its advertising and for its compliance with the rules that govern attorney advertising. Inquiries from the firm's ads go directly to the firm; we do not answer, qualify or evaluate them, and we do not buy or sell contacts, inquiries, clients or cases.

Our compensation is a fixed fee for advertising and public-relations services. It never depends on the number of leads, inquiries, appointments, clients or cases, on the outcome or value of any matter, or on any part of a firm's legal fees. Each firm pays its advertising spend directly to the platforms.

03Website information is not an offer

Plans, prices, examples and service descriptions on this website are general information and may change at any time. They are not an offer. We provide services only under a written agreement signed by both parties; if that agreement differs from this website, the agreement controls.

04No guarantees

We do not guarantee, promise or project any number of leads, inquiries, appointments, clients or cases, any cost per inquiry or per case, any ad position, any brand recognition or any financial result. Advertising platforms decide how ads are delivered and set their own policies, and whether an inquiry becomes a client depends on each person and on the firm. Results vary from firm to firm.

05No attorney-client relationship

Nothing on this website, in our free book or in our interview video is legal advice. Using this website, downloading our materials, filling out our form or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship with Get Injury Assist or with anyone else. Each law firm should rely on its own counsel for compliance with the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and any other law.
