In the campaigns we manage, the law firm is the advertiser, and the ads run in the firm's own accounts under its own name. The firm approves its ads, is responsible for their content under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and decides whether to file them with the State Bar of Texas Advertising Review Committee. Get Injury Assist is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the State Bar of Texas or its Advertising Review Committee.

04Results vary. Nothing is a guarantee

Results vary from firm to firm and month to month. We do not guarantee any number of leads, inquiries, appointments, clients or cases, any cost per inquiry or per case, any brand recognition or any other result. Where this website describes what we do, such as keeping ads running or keeping a firm's accounts and data in the firm's name, it describes how we work, not outcomes. Timelines, figures and on-screen activity shown on this website are illustrations of our process, not results from a client and not a prediction of your results. Advertising platforms decide how ads are delivered and set their own rules, including which legal ads they accept.

05Fixed fees, never tied to leads or cases

Our fee is a fixed fee for advertising and public-relations services. It never depends on the number of leads, inquiries, appointments, clients or cases, on the outcome or value of any matter, or on any part of a firm's legal fees, and it is not a payment for referrals. Each firm pays its advertising spend directly to the platforms.

The statement “someone is injured every 2 min 9 s” is our calculation from the total number of people injured in Texas crashes in 2025 reported by TxDOT, divided over the minutes in a year.
