SMS Terms

These terms apply to the text messages sent by Get Injury Assist, a brand of One Leads Official LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Get Injury Assist,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to them.

01Program name and sender

Who receives: Law firm owners, attorneys and staff who opt in on our website contact form

This program covers messages from Get Injury Assist only. It does not cover messages from any law firm, including our clients.

02Message types

Messages relate only to the inquiry you submitted, for example:

responses to your inquiry;
scheduling, confirming and reminding you of calls and meetings; and
follow-ups about your inquiry and any proposal you requested.

03How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number in our contact form, checking the optional text-message box, which is never pre-checked, and submitting the form. The text of that box reads: “Optional: Get Injury Assist may text me about my inquiry. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Only the user of the mobile number, or someone they authorize, may opt in. See our Communications Consent page.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any service from us.

04Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

05How to opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We also honor END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT and any other reasonable request, including an email to info@getinjuryassist.com. After you opt out, we send one final message confirming it, and you will not receive more texts from us unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact our support team at info@getinjuryassist.com or +1 (346) 684-1177.

07Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change.

08Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
