Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains what information Get Injury Assist, a brand of One Leads Official LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Get Injury Assist,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects through this website and in its business with law firms, how we use it, how long we keep it and the choices you have.

In short

  • Our contact form collects your firm name, name, email, phone, firm size, state and advertising budget, so we can answer your inquiry.
  • We never sell your information or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
  • Only Get Injury Assist will call, text or email you, and only about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
  • This website does not collect information from accident victims.

01Who we are and who this policy covers

Get Injury Assist provides advertising and public-relations services to personal injury law firms. We run advertising for each client firm in the firm's own Google and Meta accounts, for a fixed monthly fee. This website and our communications are meant for law firm owners, attorneys and staff, and for other businesses.

This policy covers visitors to this website, people who fill out our contact form, download our free book or watch our interview video, and business contacts at law firms we work with or would like to work with. Section 8 explains how we handle information inside the campaigns we run for client firms.

We do not collect information from accident victims and we do not refer anyone to attorneys or medical providers. If you were injured and are looking for legal help, please do not send us details about your situation; contact a licensed attorney of your choice.

02Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

  • firm name;
  • your name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • number of attorneys at your firm (a range);
  • state; and
  • monthly advertising budget (a range).

When you check the consent box and submit the form, we also record the date, time, IP address, page and the exact consent text you accepted, so we can show when and how you agreed to be contacted.

We also keep what you send us by email, phone or text, and, if your firm becomes a client, the contact, billing and approval information we need to provide and invoice our services under a written agreement.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, health information, case details or information about any of your firm's clients or prospective clients.

03Information we collect automatically

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you request and the time of the request.

Free book and interview video. You can download our free book, The Achilles Principle, and watch our interview video without giving us any personal information. When you do, our hosting provider receives the same technical data as for any page. If we count downloads or views, we do so in aggregate.

Your browser's storage. The website saves small preferences in your own browser, such as your language choice. This stays on your device.

Third-party content delivery. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.

Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels. We may use cookies and similar technologies from analytics and advertising providers, such as the Google tag and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the website, to measure our own advertising and to show our ads to business audiences on those platforms. These tools may collect information such as the pages you view, the ads you clicked and an identifier for your browser or device, and the providers may combine it with other information they hold under their own privacy policies. We do not send the content of our contact form, such as your phone number, to these tools for advertising purposes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Section 10 explains how to opt out of targeted advertising.

04How we use information

  • To answer your inquiry, schedule calls and meetings, and prepare proposals.
  • To contact you by phone and email about your inquiry, and by text message only if you checked the optional text box, as you authorized on our form (section 6).
  • To provide, manage and invoice our services under a written agreement.
  • To measure and improve this website and our own advertising.
  • To keep our website and systems secure, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To keep records of consents and opt-outs, and to comply with the law.

05How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with law firms, clinics or any other company for their own marketing. No one else will contact you because you contacted us. We share information only:

  • with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, CRM, email and text-message delivery, scheduling, payment processing, analytics and software tools, including artificial-intelligence tools. They may use it only to provide their services to us;
  • with advertising and analytics providers, as described in section 3;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or others; and
  • as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, subject to this policy.

Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. All the categories of sharing above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

06Calls and text messages

If you check the first box, Get Injury Assist may call and email you about your inquiry. If you also check the optional text box, we may text you. Only Get Injury Assist will contact you; your consent does not extend to any law firm or other company. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us at any time to stop calling you. See our SMS Terms and Communications Consent.

07Artificial intelligence

We use artificial-intelligence tools to run and optimize advertising and to operate our business. We configure these tools so that the personal information you give us is used only to serve you and our clients. Where a provider offers the option, we choose settings that do not allow it to use our data to train its models.

08Information we handle for client law firms

In the campaigns we run for a client, the law firm is the advertiser, and the campaigns run in the firm's own advertising accounts. People who respond to the firm's ads contact the firm directly, and their inquiries go to the firm's own CRM and intake team. In those campaigns:

  • we do not answer, qualify or evaluate inquiries, and we do not contact the people who make them;
  • their information belongs to the law firm and is governed by the firm's own privacy policy;
  • we access it only as the firm's service provider, to deliver the services the firm hired us for, and we never sell it, share it with other clients or use it for our own marketing; and
  • each firm's accounts, audiences and data are kept separate from every other client's and from our own marketing.

If you contacted a law firm through one of its ads, please contact that firm about your information. If you write to us instead, we will pass your request on to the firm.

09Our former consumer website

Get Injury Assist is closing its former website for people involved in accidents. Information submitted there stays under the privacy policy in effect when it was collected; we do not use it to market our agency services and do not pass it to the law firms we work for. To ask about that information or request its deletion, contact us.

10Your rights, including Texas residents

  • Emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to us. We honor these requests within 10 business days.
  • Texts and calls. Reply STOP to any text. To stop calls, ask us to put you on our internal do-not-call list.
  • Access, correction and deletion. Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it.

Texas residents. To the extent the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies to us, you have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal data and access it; correct inaccuracies; delete personal data you provided or we obtained about you; obtain a copy of the data you provided to us in a portable format; and opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal data. Using the Google tag or the Meta Pixel for our own advertising may count as targeted advertising; you can opt out by emailing us with the subject “Opt out of targeted advertising,” and by managing cookies in your browser. We do not process sensitive data.

How to make a request. Email info@getinjuryassist.com or call +1 (346) 684-1177. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may make a request for you where the law allows. Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@getinjuryassist.com with the subject “Privacy appeal” within a reasonable time. We will answer within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Office of the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

Residents of other states may have similar rights under their state's law. We will honor them as the law requires.

11Retention

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as we have an active business conversation or relationship with you, and then for as long as reasonably needed for record-keeping, legal and tax purposes. We keep records of consents and opt-outs for as long as we may need to prove them. Opt-out and do-not-contact records are kept so that we continue to honor them. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

12Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect the information we handle, such as encrypted connections, access limited to people who need it and account-level security on the platforms we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

13Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The dates at the top show the current version. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell the affected contacts before it applies.
